You'll have the opportunity to witness the remarkable spectacle of animals following their timeless migration cycle in search of nourishment. This tour visits every major park in northern Tanzania — Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti, and Tarangire — giving you the best possible chance of extraordinary wildlife encounters.
The calving season (January–March) in the Serengeti is one of the most spectacular wildlife events in Africa. Hundreds of thousands of wildebeest calves are born in a matter of weeks, attracting predators and creating incredible drama. All our safaris are offered as private trips, starting on any day.
Detailed Itinerary
Drive from Arusha to Lake Manyara — one of Africa's most scenic parks. The park is famous for its tree-climbing lions, large elephant herds, and hundreds of flamingos lining the alkaline lake shores. Afternoon game drive followed by dinner at your lodge.

After breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Crater for a thrilling full-day game drive. Descend 2,000 feet into the world's largest caldera — home to over 20,000 animals including the Big Five and Tanzania's rare black rhino. Ascend to the crater rim for sunset.

Drive across the plains to the Serengeti National Park — the world's greatest wildlife destination. Afternoon game drive through the southern plains and Ndutu area where calving takes place January–March.

Full day exploring the central Serengeti. The vast grasslands are alive with action year-round — lion prides, cheetah hunting, leopards resting in acacia trees, and thousands of wildebeest on the move. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the plains.

Drive to the northern Serengeti where the famous river crossings take place from July to October. Year-round this area has exceptional big cat sightings. Evening at camp with sundowner drinks.

Morning game drive before driving south to Tarangire National Park — home to the world's largest elephant concentration. Ancient baobab trees dot the landscape as huge herds move through the park. Afternoon and evening game drives.

Final morning game drive in Tarangire. The park is famous for gerenuk, oryx, wild dog, and its spectacular elephant herds. After lunch, drive back to Arusha.
